TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Effective Date: February 1, 2026 

1. Acceptance of Terms 

By enrolling in classes, participating in programs, or using services provided by The Movement Academy LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 

2. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver 

Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to strains, sprains, falls, and equipment-related injuries. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks and release The Movement Academy, its owners, instructors, employees, and contractors from liability for injuries or damages except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. 

3. Parental Supervision ResponsibilitY 

Children are welcome to many of the classes at The Movement Academy. However, parents and/or guardians are solely responsible for supervising and monitoring their own children at all times during classes, events, and while on the premises. The Movement Academy is not responsible for unsupervised children outside of structured programming. 

4. Medical Authorization 

In the event of injury or emergency, you authorize staff to obtain medical care. You are financially responsible for any medical expenses incurred. 

5. Enrollment & Payments 

All fees must be paid in advance. Missed classes are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. The Movement Academy reserves the right to cancel or modify programs as needed. 

6. Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful and safe environment. Participants may be removed for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund. 

7. Media Release 

By participating, you grant permission for photos and videos to be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless written notice is provided in advance. 

8. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
