OUR CLASSES & COMMUNITY

  • Our Kid-Friendly classes are designed for caregivers who want a real workout—not a mommy-and-me-style class. While you move through a thoughtfully programmed session—whether it’s a mindful, strength-building yoga flow or a high-energy total body circuit—your child plays happily alongside you rather than participating in the workout. Each 30-minute class is all-levels and intentionally designed to be both effective and accessible, so you can focus on your movement while staying close to your little one. With engaging play stations, sensory activities, and personal toy bins, kids are content and right next to you—giving you the space to move, sweat, and recharge with peace of mind.

  • Our Kid-Free classes are your time to fully focus, reset, and move with intention. These 45-minute sessions are designed for adults looking for a true, uninterrupted workout—whether that means flowing through a mindful, strength-building yoga practice or powering through a high-energy total body circuit. Each class is thoughtfully programmed to be all-levels, with options to support beginners and challenge more experienced movers. Without distractions, you can breathe deeper, push harder, and fully connect to your body—leaving feeling stronger, refreshed, and re-energized.

  • Our Together classes are designed for families who want to move side by side and share meaningful, active time together. These 30-minute sessions blend connection and movement—whether you’re flowing through a gentle, mindful yoga practice or working through a fun, circuit-style total body workout. Each class is approachable and all-levels, with guidance that encourages teamwork, confidence, and body awareness for both kids and adults. It’s not about perfection or intensity—it’s about moving, laughing, and building healthy habits together in a supportive, uplifting space.

  • Our Pre & Postnatal classes are thoughtfully designed to support you through every stage of motherhood—while remaining welcoming to all. Whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or simply looking for a supportive and intentional workout, these classes offer safe, effective movement with modifications that ensure those expecting or recovering can fully participate with confidence.

Postnatal sessions are baby-friendly, allowing your little one to stay close while you move, rebuild strength, and reconnect with your body. With a focus on core stability, functional strength, and mindful movement, this is a space to feel supported, empowered, and cared for—exactly where you are in your journey.

  • Our community events are where connection truly comes to life. From family support groups and parent meetups to special experiences like mother–son date nights and seasonal family photo shoots, there’s always something meaningful (and fun!) happening. These gatherings are designed to bring families together, create lasting memories, and build a strong, supportive community you can feel a part of.

  • Our wellness rental office extends our offerings beyond the studio by welcoming local wellness professionals into our space. Through collaboration with trusted practitioners—ranging from therapists to nutritionists—we’re able to provide even more resources and support for our community. It’s all part of our mission to create a well-rounded hub for family wellness, connection, and care.

Our Classes & Community offerings are designed with one simple belief in mind: wellness should be accessible, inclusive, and meaningful for every body. From energizing, strength-based sessions to mindful, restorative movement, our unique class styles are thoughtfully curated to meet you exactly where you are—whether you're just beginning your journey, deepening an existing practice, or always have a little one on your hip!

What truly sets us apart is the space we’re creating beyond the mat. Through community events, family-centered gatherings, and our wellness rental office, The Movement Academy becomes more than a place to take a class—it becomes a hub for connection, support, fun and growth. We’re proud to open our doors to local practitioners and create opportunities for expanded offerings that serve the whole person and the whole community.
